A space for clarity, discernment, and return to self.

There comes a moment when doing more no longer brings clarity — only noise.

ALMA exists for that moment.

You may have reached a point where you function well on the outside, yet feel quietly disconnected on the inside.

You think clearly, feel deeply, and have done your share of personal work — and still, something feels muted or hard to access.

It’s not a crisis. It’s not confusion.

It’s the sense that your inner signal has been drowned out by effort, adaptation, or holding too much for too long.

ALMA is for those moments — when nothing is broken, but something is asking for space.

Why ALMA exists

ALMA began with a simple question:

What would happen if women had a dedicated space to reflect on their lives with honesty, curiosity, and support?

Many of us move through life reacting to circumstances rather than consciously shaping our direction.

We follow expectations, respond to responsibilities, and adapt to change — often without pausing to ask whether our choices still reflect who we are or what truly matters.

Over time, this can create a quiet sense of misalignment.

Many women understand themselves deeply. They have reflected, learned, processed, and adapted — often for years. Yet clarity can still feel distant, not because something is unresolved, but because there has been no space to slow down enough to listen.

ALMA exists to offer that space.

Not to analyze or fix, but to pause the constant effort of becoming. To replace urgency with presence. To allow what has been held together for too long to soften — without force, without exposure, without collapse.

Growth begins with awareness – and with the courage to look honestly at your life!

ALMA is not here to lead you forward. It exists so you can hear yourself again.

The Importance of the Pause

The idea behind ALMA is that meaningful change rarely comes from dramatic breakthroughs.

More often, it begins with a pause.

A moment to step back and examine the patterns that shape our lives.

A moment to ask better questions.

A moment to consider what might need to shift.

Instead of delivering answers, the program focuses on developing the skills of reflection, emotional awareness, and intentional decision-making.

These are capacities that continue to support people long after the program ends.

The program was designed as a structured process that guides participants through three stages of reflection:

  1. Awareness – understanding where you are and what is asking for attention
  2. Integration – exploring emotional patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives
  3. Intentional action – translating insight into sustainable changes in daily life

This progression allows participants to move from reflection to practical action in a thoughtful and supportive way.

Because when we learn how to understand our patterns and values more clearly, we are better equipped to navigate the many crossroads life inevitably brings.

What ALMA is (and is not)

ALMA is for women who are emotionally aware and inwardly reflective.

It is for women who have done work on themselves — formally or informally — and sense that clarity will not come from more effort, more insight, or more doing.

ALMA is:

  • A guided, relational space
  • Structured, calm, and intentionally small
  • Focused on awareness, integration, and self-leadership
  • Grounded in presence rather than performance

ALMA is not:

  • Therapy or crisis support
  • Coaching designed to optimize or push
  • A spiritual shortcut or healing promise
  • A place where anyone is fixed, saved, or told who to be

ALMA does not rush change. It makes room for it.

The experience

ALMA unfolds in small, intentional Circles or through Private 1:1 Conversations.

The pace is the same – unhurried! The structure is clear. Sessions are guided, but never directive. You are invited to notice, reflect, and choose — rather than perform, explain, or push yourself beyond what feels right.

There is room for silence. There is room for nuance. There is no requirement to share more than you wish.

The work happens through presence, careful attention, and the way the space is held — not through techniques or intensity. Boundaries are explicit. Autonomy is respected. What arises is met without urgency.

Over time, you will notice a subtle shift: less inner noise, a steadier sense of self, and a renewed trust in your own perception.

At its core, ALMA is not about becoming someone new.

It is about becoming more conscious of the life you are already living — and choosing how you want to shape what comes next.

Nothing is forced. Clarity is allowed.

The Facilitator

ALMA is guided by Djane de Almeida who believes that meaningful change begins with honest reflection in a supportive environment.

Her role in the program is to create a space where women can pause from the demands of everyday life, step back, and explore what truly matters to them. Working with attention, intuition, and clear structure, Djane ensures that the container remains safe, grounded, and respectful of each participant’s autonomy. Guidance is offered when helpful, silence is honored when needed, and nothing is forced into visibility.

Djane de Almeida

She has lived abroad for more than twenty-seven years, navigating different cultures and perspectives has given her a deep appreciation for the many ways people search for meaning, direction, and belonging.

Alongside her professional path, she is also the mother of three, an experience that has profoundly shaped her understanding of growth, resilience, and the constant evolution of identity that accompanies different stages of life.

Before creating ALMA, Djane built a successful career in public relations and entrepreneurship, working in environments that demanded strategic thinking, communication, and leadership.

These experiences — across business, family life, and international community — gradually deepened her interest in the questions that often arise beneath professional success:

• How do we make decisions that truly reflect our values?

• How do we navigate change and uncertainty?

• How do we remain connected to ourselves while responding to life’s demands?

Her aim is not to direct people toward a particular outcome, but to help them reconnect with their own clarity, resilience, and capacity for self-leadership.

Because meaningful change rarely comes from being told what to do.

It begins when people feel safe enough to look honestly at their lives and choose their next step with intention.

A quiet entry. A simple first step. No pop-ups, no pressure.
